How an order becomes a contract
The sale is complete on dispatch, not on payment. This lets us decline an order we genuinely cannot fill, refunding you entirely.
Prices and errors
We price in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable tax. Delivery costs ₹99 until the order reaches ₹2,999, when it becomes free. Checkout shows the figure before you commit.
We change prices from time to time. Nothing changes on an order already made, and mispricings are handled by asking you.
Whether we have it
The number on the page is the number we have. Where a race between two orders occurs, one is refunded the same working day.
Rules for using the site
- Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site or its hosting.
- Please do not reproduce our photographs or descriptions without permission.
- Orders placed with details you do not have authority over will be cancelled.
- Bulk scraping and automated crawling of the catalogue are not permitted.
Intellectual property
Content on this site is the property of Wood Carves, save for third-party names used descriptively.
Our responsibility
We stand behind what we sell. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery charge. That is the remedy, and it is a real one.
Our maximum liability is the order value, and it does not extend to indirect loss or to delays nobody could prevent.
Jurisdiction
India law governs these terms, and India courts will hear any dispute.
Before anything reaches a court, please write to us. Almost every complaint we receive is settled by email within a few days.
Changes to these terms
We may revise this page. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and changes are never applied backwards.
